Project Information: FCC Construction delivered a ground-up, design-build facility for JT Truck & Trailer Repair Inc. on Commerce Drive in Dorr, Michigan — an 8,000-square-foot commercial service building purpose-built for the repair and maintenance of semi-trucks and trailers.

The project was completed under a design-build delivery method, with Dixon Architecture leading design and Exxel Engineering and Hoffman Consultants providing engineering services. From drawings to project completion, the full scope was executed in 14 months.

The new facility gives JT Truck & Trailer the purpose-built space and infrastructure required to service heavy commercial vehicles with greater efficiency and capacity.
