Square Footage: 12,000SF - (2018 addition of 7,200SF)

Project Information: Project included a new 12,000 sf pre-engineered metal building with an interior office area of approximately 1,300 sf. This was a design-build project with FCC working with Dixon Architecture and Exxel Engineering on the building design. Building will house a new tool & die shop, which included (2) press pits and a 10-ton overhead crane. All associated site work, parking lot, and site utilities were part of this scope.
