Project Information: FCC Construction delivered another manufacturing addition at Franchino Mold and Engineering facility. This project started with a site work phase that prepared the newly acquired parcel with building pad, storm water, grading, and parking lot. The structure is a very heavy conventionally framed steel building built for maximum bridge crane coverage and tall hook height. This made for a 50’ tall building that has an upper crane rail with an 80 ton bridge in place and additional capacity for a future 100 ton bridge and a pair of lower 25 ton gantry cranes. FCC provided the site work, steel fabrication and erection and IMP panel install.
