Project Information: Delivering complex construction within an active, operational facility requires precision, planning, and trust. Team FCC completed multiple project phases involving the buildout of laboratory rooms, clean rooms, and R&D spaces inside an occupied warehouse housing sensitive, high-value equipment that remained fully operational throughout construction.
Each phase was completed in under four months and required strict environmental controls. Spaces were constructed to meet exacting HVAC requirements, including positive and negative air pressure, temperature control, and humidity regulation critical to laboratory and clean room performance.
“Our projects involved highly specialized laboratory spaces with unique requirements. FCC was responsive, adaptable, and proactive in meeting those needs, while maintaining excellent dust control and cleanliness. After working with them on multiple buildouts, we confidently plan to partner with FCC again for future expansions. Their team is dependable, professional, and consistently goes above and beyond.”
