Location: Leighton Township, MI

Square Footage: 6,900SF

Project Information: The biggest challenges had to do with the existing utilities, as they were on the wall of the addition attached to. Keeping the existing library occupiable and with power, water, and gas, with minimal impact, was very important, and this was achieved by sequencing the work to reduce downtime to less than 1 hour. Additionally, the work was phased to maintain a clean, occupiable space for the occupants through the use of temporary walls and dust-control measures.
