Project Information: Much of the construction was completed during the winter and required extensive temporary protection and delays. FCC responded with a phased build-out of the 2nd floor, which enabled the project to be completed on time. The project was also completed on a tight construction site surrounded by busy streets and businesses. The project was a success. The 11 mo schedule was maintained throughout construction, and although the team encountered weather-related challenges, they ultimately delivered the project on time and within budget. FCC was able to garner another great client.
