Project Information: After the original steel fabrication shop burnt down in August of 2016, FCC needed a new building and fast. A design build and phased project consisting of a 23,000sf addition and 7,000sf remodel included major demolition, structural steel framed manufacturing facility, new office space, maintenance bay and wood shop was completed by July 2017.
