Project Information: Over the years, Duncan Aviation has become a historic multi-state construction relationship.​ The 68,000-square-foot Maintenance Building project includes a 280-foot clear-span​ structure.

The impressive open floor space includes the efficiency of a Simple Saver roof system, delivering an R-43 isolation factor, and a built-in fall protection system providing employee safety throughout. In addition to the vast hangar space, we constructed a two-story structural steel office that incorporated custom-designed stairs and railing, along with​ unique marquee canopies.
