Project Information: The Heart of Cedar Springs Park upgrade project included approximately one acre of site improvements featuring a new bathhouse with a food-service pavilion, a new playground area with updated equipment, and new sidewalks and streetside parking.

The bathhouse structure incorporated masonry and Hardie board siding with a standing-seam metal roof. The playground included a new climbing structure, train-themed play feature, and swings within a concrete-curbed, mulched island. The project was completed on an accelerated schedule, with all activities finished in under three months.
