Square Footage: 11-acre site development featuring a 110,000 SF industrial facility, 0.25 miles of roadway improvements, and new utility installation.

Project Information: FCC Construction served as the developer’s single point of contact from design through final inspections, coordinating all design, engineering, permitting, and agency approvals for this industrial site and MDOT roadway project. The phased delivery included mass excavation of approximately 30,000 cubic yards, building construction, and roadway improvements, reaching substantial completion in September 2025. The 11-acre development features a 110,000-SF, multi-tenant industrial facility with 28-foot low eave heights, an insulated metal panel and masonry exterior, and eight loading docks.
