Project Information: FCC Construction delivered an expedited design-build process with early material procurement to minimize the rapidly increasing steel prices. We provided design, general contracting, site work, pre-engineered building furnish and erection, millwork, and general trades. This facility will serve as a corporate office, dispatch, fleet maintenance for BH92 Trucking, leasing, and LAV truck repair. There is a duplicate office space buildout available for another tenant or future sister company.
