Project Information: This project’s site constraints were the greatest challenge. Putting an addition on a facility that uses their entire site for shipping operation took great communication and planning to keep both CPT and contractors functioning. Construction required cutting deep into a hillside to build a new corporate office stacked over top of the original floor elevation and provided a new access to a roadway well above the site. Attention to detail and communication delivered that project while sharing a tight space.
