Project: Kent County Youth Fair - Show Barn

Project Information: The project scope was a design-build project for a clear-span, pre-engineered building to support the new location of the Kent County Youth Fair (KCYF). The building was designed and constructed to serve as the new show barn facility for livestock shows. FCC was hired as the design-build contractor and worked closely with the KCYF Board to design and construct a facility that supports the fair’s growing campus. The building features structural concrete, an open-wall pre-engineered metal building clear-span structure, and architectural components that blend seamlessly with the adjacent livestock buildings. The project was completed under a tight timeline, from design through construction, in order to meet the grand opening events for the Kent County Youth Fair.
