Project Information: FCC Construction served as the design-build partner for a 90,000-square-foot manufacturing facility expansion, increasing production capacity and adding a steel scrap area, upgraded breakroom, and restrooms. The heavy conventional steel structure was built with deep foundations to support future press pit installation, ensuring long-term flexibility. Durable concrete floors with a stainless steel shake-on hardener provide lasting performance in an industrial setting. By self-performing key scopes—including steel fabrication and erection, excavation, and general trades—FCC maintained quality, accelerated the schedule, and delivered a seamless construction experience.
