Project: Bulmann Dock and Lift

Square Footage: Phase 1 - 14,900SF, Phase 2 - 12,000SF

Project Information: FCC Construction has built nearly 27,000 sf of manufacturing space at Bulmann Dock and Lift in Boyne City. There they fabricate custom boat lifts and dock systems. FCC delivered service through the Design Build contracting method, meaning FCC was responsible for design and construction delivery. We provided a turnkey solution for everything from civil engineering and sitework to steel fabrication and overhead cranes. During the construction of both phases, we needed to maintain a jobsite that kept Bulman’s operation fully functional.
