Project Information: FCC Construction delivered a 24,000 SF design-build addition to Weller Auto’s logistics center in Wyoming, Michigan, with Architectural Concepts and Hoffman as design partners. The pre-engineered metal building sits on cast-in-place foundations and is clad in insulated metal panels under a standing seam metal roof, with a two-hour fire-rated wall separating it from the existing warehouse. Nine overhead doors and three loading docks with a truckwell and levelers expand loading capacity, and the interior adds three offices plus an employee breakroom and restroom. Site work included heavy-duty asphalt paving, stormwater management, landscaping and irrigation.
