Project Information: FCC Construction completed a 19,000-square-foot interior build-out within an active warehouse facility to create the Kawasaki Tech Center. The project included a dealership technician training space, classroom, private offices, and a hospitality area designed to support hands-on instruction and collaboration. Laser-scanning technology was used to regrade and level the existing slab to achieve the required tolerances for the finished environment.

By leveraging strong subcontractor relationships and daily onsite coordination, FCC absorbed a 10% scope increase without extending the schedule—achieving substantial completion on time and within budget.
